Norman Sellars is a banking professional with over 30 years in the commercial mortgage industry. A graduate of Simon Fraser University, he has been with the Vancity Group of Companies for over 18 years (Citizens Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary) where he has helped establish a quality portfolio of construction and term loans for commercial mortgage clients throughout BC, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Ottawa. Structuring creative lending solutions up to $40,000,000, he is responsible for a national lending initiative generating up to $1 billion in loan volume annually. Norman is the Commercial Mortgage division’s advocate for sustainable development.
