Tom MacDonald has worked with Ledcor for the past 20 years and has 30 years of experience in the Canadian construction industry. He aided in planning the strategic direction, geographic expansion, and new business acquisitions for Ledcor, growing the organization to 14 offices in North America. He currently co-shares responsibility for the Canadian operations for Ledcor’s Canadian construction group.
