How do I upgrade?
If you enroll with GBCI on or before October 27, 2011, you can choose between two options:
- Writing and passing any of the five specialty exams (you do not have to write the Green Associate exam)
- Committing to prescriptive continuing education for a 2-year period in order to upgrade to one of BD+C, O+M, or ID+C. If you would like to choose one of these specialties other than the exam track you took, enroll with the default specialty and then contact GBCI to switch the specialty for you.
